Duties will include servicing members and generating guests. This position is paid by hourly rate and referral bonus. Once guest servicing is understood, this employee will begin training for membership sales. At this point, commission on sales and CD bonuses will be added. The person who holds this job must be energetic, able to communicate well with people, and able to stand for long periods of time in the center of the circuit. Must be able to work flexible hours.
